Vancouver Freeze 2008

Description

On February 23rd, 2008 at exactly 3:15pm, over one hundred individuals froze simultaneously in front of the Vancouver Art Gallery in participation of the World-Wide Freeze. Frozen positions were held for 5 minutes and then normal activity was resumed.

NOTE: There are a couple spots of lag in this video due to file conversion, so I'm really sorry about that, but there was nothing I could do to fix it!
